Job Description
A Mobile, Alabama company is in need of an Administrative Assistant
for their downtown location. The ideal candidate will have at least
2 years experience as an administrative assistant in a professional
office environement. Excellent
computer and typing sills are needed. Great communication skills,
both verbal and written.
Duties
will include:
Handle a variety of delegated administrative functions
Advise staff about executive’s views on policies and current
issues
Represent the executive at meetings
Contact/respond to high
ranking individuals inside the organization or from outside firms
Compose and sign correspondence for executive
Note commitments made by executives during meetings and arrange for
staff implementation
Arrange for staff members to represent organization at meetings and
conferences

Job Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION
College preferred.
