you are an experienced online direct marketing professional with a
solid understanding of demand generation through permission-based
database marketing, then we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective online direct response and lead nurturing
programs across all relevant communication channels including email,
Web, telemarketing and trade shows.
- Work closely with product marketing, sales and marcom designers
to develop campaign objectives, creative content, offers and measurement.
- Manage the delivery of newsletters, satisfaction surveys and other
ongoing customer retention programs.
- Manage all promotion campaign logistics and vendor relationships.
- Design and implement processes, standards and reports for campaign
tracking and evaluation.
- Design and Implement lead management processes and procedures to
streamline and standardize inbound lead capture, qualification distribution,
follow-up and tracking.
- Plan and execute prospect/customer database development projects
from start to finish including list sourcing, cleaning, import/export,
merge/purge, etc.
Skills
and Experience
- 4+ years demonstrated success in the end-to-end delivery of online
B2B direct marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of B2B marketing for customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience designing and implementing best practice processes for
campaign and lead management.
- Understanding of database marketing techniques, including technical
proficiency in database design, data management, querying and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access
- Proven leader with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight
deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- BS/BA in marketing, business or relevant technical field.
