Assistant:
Seeking strong, dependable and energetic Medical Assistants with current
experience for a physician's office. Must have hands-on experience.
This position is located in beautiful Tallahassee, Crawfordville,
and Chattahoochee, Florida. We offer great hours and an excellent
benefits package.
**Description**
1. Performs Basic nursing care and back office responsibilities
2. Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
3. Client screening -Height/weight measurements
4. Draw blood
5. Measure blood pressure
6. Lab/urine analysis
Requirements
Education
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Graduation from a recognized training facility for medical assistants
is required.
RN, LPN (LVA), or additional appropriate education may be substituted
for certification.
Experience
At least one (1) year of experience in a physician practice is preferred.
Phlebotomy experience required.
Certificates/Licensure
RMA or CMA (if applicable).
CPR certification.
