Hours:
9:45am – 6:15pm M-F; Saturday Availability 9:00am-3:00pm
As a Call Center Agent
you will be assisting members with their financial transactions and
questions. Your goal will be to fulfill USA Federal Credit Union’s
promise of outstanding member service! A training program is provided
to all new hires to learn about the Credit Union, the products and
services, communication tools and skills to help you be successful!
Candidates should enjoy member contact while working in a call center
environment and sales culture.
Process and respond to
all member inquiries received by corporate email, postal mail, fax,
bill pay messages, and interoffice bill pay research requests. Process
all deposit product withdrawals, research requests, transfers funds,
loan payoffs, and routine account inquiries over the phone. Completes
research for checking account problems and all account discrepancies
as requested by members. Explains credit union policies and procedures
to members; answers routine account inquiries. Continually strives
to meet established goals with regard to the sales culture.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with stellar communication skills
Candidate must be enjoy working in a team environment
Must be detail oriented, great with people & numbers, loan &
sales experience a plus
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence,
and memos.
Previous experience working in a call center/credit union/financial
institution a plus
Bi-lingual a plus
