Description
Chase originates $170 billion in residential mortgages and home equity
annually, and services a portfolio of more than $500 billion. The home

As a Prime Retail Loan Officer,
you will solicit mortgage loans and develop business network resources
for loan referrals using the following avenues: realtors, builders,
existing customers, and other networking avenues. In this role you
will take complete applications for mortgage loans in accordance with
corporate/federal/state policies, procedures and requirements; fulfill
pre-doc and funding loan conditions in conjunction with the Loan Processor;
quote rates and ensure the loan is properly locked; provide a high
level of customer service by educating the customer regarding the
mortgage origination process, level setting the customer's expectations
and keeping all parties to the transaction informed as to the status
of the loan application; and will comply with and adhere to all Federal
and State compliance regulations and HMDA requirements. Minimum application
volume will be determined by Division.

Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of mortgage originations experience, preferably
in prime retail originations
* Must have a solid monthly production based upon the geographic market
in which you service
* Strong knowledge of wide array of mortgage products is preferred
(e.g. Conforming, Jumbo, Gov't, Alt A, Home Equity)
* Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
* Ability to cultivate own lead sources
* Experience with automated loan submission systems is preferred
