Description
Relationship Banking Associate - Customer Call Center Responsibilities:
Receives incoming calls
Research customer issues
Completes customer requests and turns phone inquiries into opportunities
to grow customer relationships
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED (some college preferred)
Strong customer service and sales experience
Excellent communication skills
PC knowledge
Intermediate typing skills
Must be
able to work the following shifts:
8 hour work days Monday-Friday with a schedule between 8:00a.m.-7:00p.m.
5 hour work day every 3rd Saturday, with a schedule between 6:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
