Physicians, a leader in marketing and consulting support services within
concierge medicine, seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Account Representative.
Concierge Choice seeks a sales professional
in the role of Account Representative who will manage interactions
with patients and physicians. This role divides service to practices
across the Eastern U.S. as an on-site representative and also as a
remote representative within headquarters. The Account Rep interacts
directly with patients to educate, advocate and sell the benefits
of the program. Additionally he/she aids the doctor’s office
in integrating the program into the practice.
Additionally, the Account Rep is an onsite source
of information to the physician regarding the program and membership.
As a field representative, the Account Rep masterfully documents and
communicates all interactions within the doctor’s office and
is in frequent contact with Concierge Choice executives and managers.
Requirements
• Experience working with Patients or Physicians (sales or office
management)
• Travel estimated at 30-50%
• Strong sales abilities
• Clarity within communication (verbal & written)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Organized
• MS Office proficient – confident within Word & Excel
• Internet savvy: search engines, email (ex. Outlook)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent phone etiquette
