Description:
Our company is in need of 5-6 Customer Service Representatives in
our Geneva, IL location. Candidates with call center and up-selling
experience preferred.
Job Description:
- $11.50/hr
on contract, leading to $13/hr after 18 weekends + commission
-$12.00/hr for Spanish bilingual reps, $13.50/hr after 18 weeks +
commission
- COMMISSIONS paid while on contract paid at (end of each month)
- Average reps make between $500-$2000 per month in commission; High
performing reps make between $2000-$4000 per month
- 50-75 Inbound phone calls per day handling customer service issues
and up-selling over the phone
- 30-40 Outbound calls daily to up-sell customers on products/service
- Need to be flexible to work any 8/hr shift between (6am-10pm Monday-Saturday)
Qualifications:
- Inside Sales/Upselling/Telesales Experience Required
- Must Have Outgoing Personality And Great Communication Skills
