Description:
Working knowledge on Telecommunication Customer Care Ordering and
Billing process, End to End service delivery process and supporting
OSS systems is a Pre-Req for this position. Candidate will support
Systems Planning and T1 Systems Engineering organization for Telecommunication
Business Service Customer Care integration process across Enterprise
Business Service and Regional Business Markets . Candidate is responsible
for being the primary interface to coordinate and lead the work to
produce the Software Business Requirements document (swBRD) for the
Customer Migration project which will support migration cClients NVPN
customers onto cTelecommunications AVPN platform and DIA into MIS.
The candidate will be responsible from an IT perspective to coordinate
and lead to deliver of the finished swBRD product and will need to
seek and ensure appropriate support in writing the swBRD documentation.
Candidate must be highly motivated and have experience in performing
OSS Planning, Tier 1 Systems Engineering & Architecture Solution
and developing software requirements. The candidate needs to have
good communication skills in order to network and contact people across
multiple organizations. The position will require documentation of
Tier 1 Business and System Requirements while working with the Tier
2 system engineers, Project Managers, Network Planning& Implementation,
Customer Care and Network Operations, Service Assurance, Sale, Marketing,
Capacity Management. Candidate also need to have working experience
in generating business benefits and the cost of the products delivered,
and will be held responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end project
is successfully delivered and meet the need of the business organizations,
across marketing/ordering through provisioning, maintenance and billing.
Job Description: Candidate is required to have working
knowledge of Telecommunication Customer Care Ordering and Billing
process, End to End service delivery process and supporting OSS systems
Provisioning, Sales & Contracting, Billing and Service Assurance
processes and major supporting applications. Candidate must have working
knowledge of documenting software business requirements, testing,
release management, program management and conducting UAT sessions.
