Job description:
The IT Business Analyst reports to the Director and is responsible
for partnering with functional business leaders and other stakeholders
on high impact projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with business partners in gathering requirements
and building solutions that enhance our current processes
• Ensure internal programmers have accurate information and
are on target with project objectives
• Work with developers on system amendments
• Investigate data errors and processes and make recommendations
on how to resolve issues
• Map between business processes
• Participate on business integration teams by assisting in
the analysis of data files
• Act as the database administrator for proprietary software
• Create mail codes, define system parameters and logic, update
partnership data, manage helpdesk priorities and create new reports
• Provide user support as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Sciences
• A minimum of 1 year of IT experience
• Experience with SQL
• Exposure to programming languages

driven environment
• Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
• Adept at interacting with all levels of the organization
