As a Store Manager, you will be responsible
for:
* Teammate Capability and Retention
* Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
* Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
* Creating results for Teammates, Customers, and the Company
Involved in every aspect of the store operation, this
position requires a commitment to building teammate and customer satisfaction.
In addition to selecting, coaching and developing store teammates
you’ll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion
of products and services. Success at this level opens up a wealth
of additional challenging career opportunities.
Job Requirements
* At least 2 years of Retail Sales Experience.
* A college degree is a plus.
* Bilingual a plus
