Job Description
1. Conduct training courses on products and technologies
utilized in business integration strategies;
2. install and configure software; present lectures;
3. lead discussion and lab sessions; support and assist students throughout
a course;
4. provide feedback to students and interested business organizations.
5. Analyze customer requests and identify approaches to aid customers.
6. Adapt and customize courses for delivery.
7. Recommend training curriculum and content based on customer needs;
prepare needed supplemental material.
8. Develop learning plans with objectives, methodology, outlines,
demonstrations, exercises and labs to support active learning.
9. Performs quality assurance on new materials or project deliverables.
Takes the initiative on continues quality improvement.
There will also be ongoing project work, research, and expanding skills
in TIBCO's extensive products.
Up to 70% travel will be required. Supports more junior instructors,
actively engages with TIBCO staff outside education to effectively
meet
Desired Profile
BE degree
and a minimum of 7 years experience,
preferably working in a high tech company teaching/training software
products or teaching college level programming.
Technical skills should include combination of OO design, C++ or Java,
SOA, EAI,, BPM, Internet and DBMSs.
Workflow experience is an advantage.
Experience with design and implementation of large distributed systems
is very helpful.
