QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor's
Degree in Graphic Arts, Business Administration, Management, Operations
Management or an Engineering discipline is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years experience in a manufactured
products environment. At least two (2) years management experience
is desirable. Previous experience in specific job discipline is desirable.
Previous experience in a graphics production environment is essential.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Lambda and Xeikon digital
processing equipment is preferred.
Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
- Computer literacy using database system platform applications and
Microsoft applications.
- Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must possess a multi task work style and handle job related deadlines.
- Must be able to occasionally tolerate moderate to high stress levels.
- Must be a self -starter and require minimum supervision.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently
and be team oriented.
This position may require registration with the Nevada
Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which
we operate.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
- Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an
office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production
setting, work at a desk/work station and respond to written and oral
cues.
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary
office/production equipment.
- May be required to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.
