-Supervise 3 IT Help Desk staff
-Oversee activity of shift technical support staff
-Answer help desk calls from global employees
-Provide technical support for PC related hardware and software
-Work with users via phone, email, and web to assist with applications
and/or hardware
-Assist users with account questions, password resets, orders, information,
etc
-Logging in calls
-Tracking each call to resolution
-Call Escalation
Desired Candidate Profile
-Graduates / Diploma Holders
-4+ years experience in IT support / Help Desk role
-2+ years experience as a Senior Technical Support or Supervisor
-PC based hardware, Microsoft Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office XP/2003,
and remote access (VPN), network/local printers, network connectivity
-Professional certifications (A+, MCP, MCDST etc.)
