Provides guidance
and Supervision to Call Center/Communication personnel on evenings and
nights, weekends, and holidays while serving as Call Center/Communications
liaison in responding appropriately to requests/problems from personnel,
physicians, patients, community callers, and other departments. Responsibilities
will include but not limited to assisting in hiring, counseling, monitoring
and training employees assigned to the Call Center/Communications.
