Job Description
? To report to duty on the allotted time with uniform and identification
provided ? To be completely responsible for
all details regarding business client (guest) occupancy / non occupancy
status and maintain all related documents regarding the same at all
times, in sync with bookings, travel and other schedules
? To be completely responsible for all business client
(guest)s needs in our guest house along with the existing team of
operational staff.
? To communicate with guests, analyze their feedback
and thoroughly monitor all that is required for their best services,
and ensure that the same is in line with corporate administrative
procedures
? Simultaneously, to monitor all corners and facilities
the guest house and attend to guest and staff requirements and complaints
if any
? To monitor costs and maintenance of the property
at all times and whenever required, make efforts towards cost containment
and innovation at all times
• To regularly attend meetings, discussions and all training
sessions organized by the management.
• To actively participate and represent our guest house in functions,
programs, camps, etc. organized by the management and to ensure its
smooth and efficient outcome.
• To be
available at any time of the day in case of an emergency situation.
