Information Technology Systems Specialist Summary We
are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual for a position supporting
hardware and software systems in our company environment. Our company
is undergoing significant growth and the IT Department is expanding
to support this growth. The IT Systems Specialist will work with a
small team of talented people to support a wide variety of technology.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to all technical support requests submitted
to the Help Desk
* Install and configure PC based hardware and software
* Document all work accurately
* Provide excellent customer service
* Escalate issues in an appropriate and timely manner
* Work under the direction of other staff with limited supervision
Travel
* Up to 25% of job duties will be performed onsite
at locations nationwide. Requires some use of personal car.
* Must have a valid California drivers license
Salary
Range
$48,000.00 - $53,000.00
Requirements
Required
Experience:
At least one of the following is desired:
Have a current Microsoft or Comp TIA A+ certification
Qualifications:
* Must be proficient, articulate and fluent in reading and writing
the English language
* Must be able to lift 30 lbs
* Must be able to work on-call rotations
* Must be proficient with the following core technologies:
• Microsoft Windows
• Microsoft Office
• Trend Micro Antivirus
• Active Directory
• PC Computer Hardware
• Network Switches
• Wireless Access Points
• Cell Phones
