Description:
We are looking
for Part Time Call Center Representative to join a large Call Center
Team in Atlanta, GA. This position will be a temporary to permanent
placement with an initial 4 week training part of a 90 day probationary
period. The initial 4 weeks training will be based upon a full time
schedule from 8am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Upon successful
completion of the 90 day probationary period, candidates will become
permanent employees for a very well known financial institute. There
are several part time schedules to choose from based on a 20 to 25
hour work week.
The position is
responsible for providing customers with the highest level of phone
and e-mail customer service in accordance with the bank goals to attain
growth profitability and customer satisfaction. Emphasis is placed
on ensuring the call center effectively supports the organization's
"brand" and the client's receive a positive impression of
the organization.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates
will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent with some college
preferred combined with 2 years customer service background and phone
etiquette experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not
required. All candidates must be familiar with working with Microsoft
Windows XP and typing capability of 30 wpm.
