We are seeking both experienced and newly licensed
real estate sales agents for our neighborhoods in the metro Atlanta
area.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. To consistently meet monthly sales goals.
2. Take responsibility for all aspects of neighborhood sales and marketing
needs by being an active participant in all neighborhood meetings
and planning.
3. Maintain and submit accurate reports and paperwork
4. Maintain orderly files
5. Remain current on products and options available
6. Provide timely feedback on any issues and concerns
7. Maintain appearance of model homes and keep marketing materials
appropriately stocked
8. Conduct the sales process and complete necessary paperwork in compliance
with company SOP's.
Position-Specific Responsibilities: Obtain and maintain product knowledge.
Give timely feedback to management on any problems in the field. Register
every prospect and enter into system timely. Develop and maintain
relationships with area Brokers and Broker Co-op Agents.
