are presently seeking a candidate who will lead the bank's Accounting
team which will be responsible for all accounting and reporting functions.
This position is a key member of the leadership team and will work
with the cross-functional team to launch the bank. The Bank is in
the start-up stage and expects to start operations in 2009 after receiving
regulatory approval. This position will be located at the Miami/Brickell
area. Some travel will be required, particularly during the start-up
stage of the Bank.
