Shipping
and Receiving
1. Compare identifying information, counts, weights, or measures of
incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify information against bills of
lading, Packing Slips, orders, or other records
2. Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures
3. Package orders, marketing material , sales samples, tradeshow materials
etc and create shipping labels
4. Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, reject nonconforming items
to MRB
5. Distribute Incoming materials to addressee throughout facilities
6. Contact carrier(s) to rectify shipping damages and/or shortages
7. Audit outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications,
complete packing slips, and maintain softcopy records
8. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
9. Receive and disposition RMAs ; enter data into system, maintain metrics
10. Maintain the shipping record for samples, evals, and RMAs
Inventory
control
1. Maintain inventory integrity for both count and quality
2. Conduct monthly count of all inventory items
3. Maintain FIFO integrity when kitting work orders
4. Maintain work order metrics and maintain the device case number
files
5. Maintain sample cabinet stock
Manufacturing
1. Provision devices per work order following company procedures
2. Conduct Incoming Inspection on a predefined sample for all device
receipts
3. Re-set returns for restock
4. Complete paperwork record for each work order
