Franciscan Health System is a comprehensive health care organization
that includes St. Joseph Medical Center of Tacoma; St. Clare Hospital
in Lakewood; St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way; Enumclaw Regional
Hospital that serves communities in Southeast King and Northeast Pierce
counties; and Franciscan Hospice House in University Place.
Construction
of St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor is planned to begin in mid-2007.
The new, 80-bed hospital will open in early 2009 to serve residents
of Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula and South Kitsap County.
Franciscan has approximately 6,000 employees and a
Medical Staff with approximately 1,400 members.

Job Description
Job Summary: This job is responsible for planning,
analysis, design, and implementation, support and status presentations
of approved strategic and tactical Information Technology systems
implementation or development projects. An incumbent coordinates the
activities of project teams engaged in the evaluation, development,
and implementation of IT systems using the FMG project management
methodology and tools.Job Requirements
Education:/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science,
Business Administration or related field required.
Actual, verifiable, successful. Implementation of clinical or business
systems is preferred. Recent successful demonstration of proficient
communication, organization and technical skills within a healthcare
environment required.
