RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job exists
to develop and implement integrated marketing programs in-line with
overall sales and product line goals, strategies and positioning.
This position coordinates Direct Response Broadcast Television (DRTV)
campaigns. Acts to effectively coordinate program/project implementation
on time and to budget. Works with external agencies in all phases
of creative development and production in support of programs as well
as sales and product teams and internal creative services. Monitors
performance, response, and ROI of marketing programs. Analyzes competitive
marketing and advertising intelligence to validate existing parameters
and establishes need for new programs/projects. Prepares reports/presentations
on projects.
Assists in managing program
for ongoing Direct Response Television marketing campaigns designed
to meet strategic goals and objectives.
Monitors daily results
tracking and measurement tools to assess response and ROI against
established financial objectives for programs. Manages program budget
and lead forecasting. Prepares internal sales communications with
appropriate departments to ensure timely introduction and rollout
of new campaigns. Assists with production and management of ongoing
test implementation. Oversees resources, such as outside agencies,
vendors, and suppliers to support marketing programs/projects. Manages
fulfillment of
premium items used in direct marketing offers, including inventory
tracking, vendor negotiations and field communications. Oversees resources,

results, market conditions and other industry related topics to assist
in the improving the development and efficiency of marketing plans.
Analyzes consumer research including customer
satisfaction and consumer tracking studies in order to monitor effects
of marketing programs and the consumer. Ensures that all tactical
communications programs conform to corporate branding and identity
standards.
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business
or related field.
Three to five years experience in a marketing role or ad agency (media
or account services). Direct Response marketing experience preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent creative thinking, creative problem solving skills and analytical
skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships
with internal and external partners.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to
present effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
and meet tight deadlines.
Experience managing budgets and reporting results.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and to be guided by general
organizational or project objectives.
Computer proficiency (MS Word/MS Excel and PowerPoint).
Indirect management of agencies and/or vendors.
