They are seeking a Quality
Assurance Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities
include:
* Provides direction and
leadership of the company’s Quality Assurance, Food Safety,
GMP, Sanitation, Pest Control, and hygienic design programs
* Maintains Master Sanitation Schedules
* Prepares and validates standard operating procedures
* Develops, implements, and maintains the factory allergen and organic
control programs
* Coordinates plant Sanitation/Regulatory/GMP inspection and audit
program. Acts as main point of contact for 3rd party auditors and
well as coordinates internal improvement activities to comply with
all regulations, etc.
* Drives an effective corrective action program
* Develops and delivers sanitation, GMP, Pest Control, allergen, organic,
QA, and regulatory training programs
* Maintains HACCP plan
Requirements
* Bachelor of Science
in relevant field
* Packaging experience strongly desired!
* HACCP certification is a plus
* Experience overseeing sanitation, food safety, audtis, etc...
* Positive attitude with strong initiative
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
