MUST HAVE Government Loan, FHA, DU, & LP EXPERIENCE
Essential
duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attention to
detail, high level of organization and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment a must. Minimum of 1years experience in office environment
required. Must be willing to take and prioritize tasks and assignments
from multiple people. Must be knowledgeable and comfortable working
with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and
Power point and have willingness to learn other real estate oriented
programs and databases. Experience with web-publishing also helpful.
Use a checklist
to audit and review transaction paperwork.
Identify and resolve any issues immediately.
Proactively track and meet deadlines.
Keep agents updated on processing of transactions and proactively
anticipate and avoid any problems.
Organize and maintain all escrow paperwork and sales contracts for
agents.
Proactively manage agent's administrative tasks, including filing,
copying and phone coverage/follow-up.
The ideal
candidate will possess:
Real estate license
preferred
Knowledge of real estate documents
Solid understanding of the parties involved in a real estate transaction:
real estate, title, escrow and mortgage and of the steps involved
in a transaction
Good communication skills
Strong typing and data entry skills
MS Word and Excel
Strong organization skills
Willing and able to take initiative
Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining an
upbeat and professional demeanor
