Job Description
Responsible for
ensuring that proposal compliance is in accordance with organizational,
corporate and federal procurement policies and regulations (FAR and
CAS). Responsible for working on proposals in the planning and execution
of new business and modifications to existing contracts.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
* Develops bid
pricing strategy
* Supports contract negotiations
* Required to interface with management, technical staff, and support
personnel when necessary.
* Establishes and coordinates schedules related to the planning and
execution of new business.
* Monitors and mitigates problem escalation.
* Responsible for cost/price model development, price strategy and
risk assessment.
REPORTING
RELATIONSHIPS (SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES)
This position
reports to: as assigned. This position provides support to the other
professional level positions within the department. This position
does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree
in Business Administration or equivalent with 3-5 years professional
experience.
Experience working
with all types of contracts preferred. Cost/price analysis and experience
with Federal Acquisition Requirements desired.
