Scope of Job:
* Administrative support to Producers with new business
quotes and proposals.
* Support existing client enrollments, terminations
and changes to benefit status
* Deal with problems relating to medical or dental
benefit claims that are outstanding
* Handle renewal business quotes and proposals
* Responsible for keying in New, Renewal or Cancelled
business on AMS
* Email Accounting with the premiums & revenues
relation to New, Renewal or Cancelled business

Requirements
APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE thorough knowledge of the variety
of Plans and Carriers:
Full comprehension of Plans descriptions; which are
preferred by Producers, which work best for the industry and location;
deductibles are in or out of network contributing to choice of plan
Full comprehension of carriers; which are preferred
by Producers and preference by the client/location of the business.
Customer Service:
Continuous contact with clients
Follow up with outstanding issues relating to the
Group or Member
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and/or revenue
requirements
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
FOR THIS JOB:
High School Diploma or GED required or some college
1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in the insurance
industry or call center
experience
Excellent communication & time management skills
Strong pc skills in Word, Excel & AMS (preferred)
