Supervisor, Medical Transcription
Reporting directly to the Manager of *Anatomic Pathology*,
you will use your experience in medical transcription to ensure the
effectiveness of day-to-day operations. This extremely versatile role
will include a number of different responsibilities: from hiring and
firing personnel, to writing performance evaluations, to improving
the quality of services and making sure they are cost-effective. You
will also be expected to keep staff and senior management informed
of all activities, and to communicate with related departments to
keep operations running smoothly.
