The Technical Support Associate is responsible for
handling technical support calls representing our clients’ customers
and providing Level 1 technical assistance. The position requires
a professional friendly demeanor with a strong desire to deliver the
best possible customer service.
Hours of Availability: Flexible to work shifts between
the hours of 7am to 11pm Monday – Sunday-
Pay: up to $10 per hour

Basic technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Must be well organized and be able to handle multiple tasks to document
issues
Must be a positive team player and be able to work in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to continuously learn and keep update with new technologies
Ability to guide a customer through appropriate solutions, including
sales
