The Opportunity:
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative,
and methodical individual with great organizational and leadership
skills for our Manufacturing Systems Supervisor position. If you have
demonstrated successful experience in leading teams to develop, implement,
support, and optimize computer based manufacturing systems, then this

Manufacturing Systems Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Supervise Manufacturing System Analysts to determine,
organize and develop manufacturing product and material flow methodologies.
* Work with and lead cross-functional teams to provide computing systems
solutions to SEL Manufacturing division.
* Provide work leadership and train employees on new Operations processes
and systems.
* Analyze and recommend changes and improvements to existing manufacturing
processes and systems.
* Lead the design, specification, testing, and implementation of new
systems and tools.
* Document and report activities and progress.
* Implement SEL values and objectives in order to achieve corporate
goals.
* Follow and improve area processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations
Management, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
* Well versed in Material/Enterprise Resource Planning systems
* Strong writing and speaking skills
* Ability to manage complex projects
* Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
* Ability to drive results with a minimum of supervision
* Background check results satisfactory to SEL
* Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred
Qualifications:
* Recent experience with the selection and implementation
of Material/Enterprise Resource Planning systems
* APICS Certification
