JOIN A BUILDER WITH OVER 40 YEARS OF STABILITY AND REPUTATION
2.4% commission on all home sales and
an additional 1% for homes sold that are built from the ground up.
(Our quality built homes are completed in 90-120 days)
40% of commission is paid when the home is sold
and the remaining 60% is paid when the home closes.
No real estate license or New Home Sales experience required!
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the customer through the sales process before, during and after
the sale
* Ability to generate and follow up on leads
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with
Realtors
* Must be dedicated, driven and willing to go the extra mile for the
customer
* Ability to overcome objections
Requirements
* Commissioned sales experience
* A history of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills
* The ability to engage, educate, guide and persuade others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A solid work ethic, integrity and a strong customer focus
* Possess self-motivation and initiative
* Willingness to learn and the ability to assimilate new information
* High school diploma or equivalent – college degree or some
college preferred
