Job Description
•Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige Smart Kitchen program
in the identified towns , make cold calls and locate franchisees
•Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start
up
•Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like
Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc
•Conceptualizing and implementing marketing programs to make the
franchisee successful
•Exploring marketing tie ups to provide additional benefits to
the PSK customer Desired
Candidate Profile
Graduation or MBA’s from smaller institutes are also eligible
1 – 5 years in Sales and preferable in Franchisee business.
MBA’s from smaller institutes with lesser experience looking
for challenging opportunities are also preferred.
