RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for attainment of Annual Top-line and Bottom-line
Goals;
• Responsible for a groups;
• Responsible for business development and customer generation
and retention;
• Plan and manage sales, marketing and manufacturing resources
according to agreed budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting will be a plus.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Strong Leadership, Management and Entrepreneurial ability. Should
collaborate with cross-functional teams from sales and marketing, finance,
administration and others;
• Should be able to develop effective marketing strategies &
promotional plans in line with corporate requirement and budget;
• Should have strong capability to Recruit, manage, train and
motivate direct reporting staff according to company policies and procedures.
