Health Career Agents supports its Owner/Operators in a number of ways,
including support in expanding their sales team by recruiting and
training “Sales Consultants” or frontline healthcare recruiters
working on their behalf.
As a Sales
Consultant:
You are trained to proactively contact healthcare practitioners to
determine if they are interested in exploring new employment opportunities.
Those who want to explore other options are aggressively marketed
to appropriate medical facilities. Eventually terms are agreed to
and a recruiting fee or staffing hours are paid. The Sales Consultant
is paid a portion of the revenue they generate for an Owner/Operator.
As a Sales Consultant
you are thoroughly trained and supported by Health Career Agents and
the Owner/Operator we refer you to. As a Sales Consultant you must
be able to work from your own home and are required to pay your own
expenses. Sales Consultants are not required to make any kind of investment
and have the realistic ability to generate six-figure income provided
they work hard.
The Market
for Healthcare Recruiting and Medical Staffing:
The healthcare industry is experiencing unprecedented worker shortages.
This is due largely to the baby-boomer generation reaching retirement
age, but individuals leaving the workforce at a record pace makes
it worse. Hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide are short
on staff with one million vacancies in US facilities right now. Healthcare
recruiting and medical staffing services are in high demand now and
will only increase over the next 10 to 15 years.
Placement of a
nurse or imaging tech can generate $12,000 to $18,000 in recruiting
fees, while a pharmacist or physician can bring in $20,000 to $30,000.
These are not numbers we’ve created, but well known figures
recognized across the industry. Staffing contracts are plentiful in
the healthcare sector and can easily generate $10,000 in annual revenue,

Sales
Consultant Requirements:
Executive, sales and/or management skills
Collaborate on healthcare candidate placements through our unique
software system and database of healthcare positions and candidates
Utilize our “Agent” approach to aid healthcare practitioners
in locating preferred positions
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and goals to place them
in qualified healthcare facilities that match their needs
Build and develop
professional relationships with healthcare facilities
Work within an Owner/Operator’s operation
Ability to work remotely from a home-office a must
Time management skills a top priority
Build and cultivate strong professional relationships
Ability to evaluate and qualify candidates
