REAL ESTATE INTERNSHIP – SUMMER 2009

Responsibilities:
• Assist Real Estate Directors and Real Estate Team
• Run and analyze demographics reports on request
• Prepare and analyze market maps
• Assist in creating Location Summary packages and circulate for approval
• Prepare forms, letters, portfolios and legal documents for Real Estate Department and external partners
• Communicate with market brokers and franchisees
• Liaison between the field Real Estate Directors and Corporate office personnel
• Field questions from internal departments and external partners
• Assist in negotiating renewals, remodels and relocations for corporate and franchised locations
• Assist in negotiating on-going lease issues such as rent reductions, addendum additions
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as required

Requirements
Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Business, Management, or related field
• Computer skills required including: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• 40 hours per week
• 12 week summer position
