Consultants / Subject Matter Experts required with knowledge of P&C
insurance brokerage business
Location: United States
Project Timelines: 3 -5 months with frequent traveling involved
To help in the process mapping exercise of 10 offices
spread across the US of a mid – size high growth Property and
Casualty US Insurance Brokerage firm.
To work with a team of analyst/six sigma black belts

Desired Skill Set
• Strong operational background with domain expertise on Property
and Casualty Insurance Brokerage
• Strong knowledge of the country culture / language.
• Relevant domain knowledge required in P&C insurance brokerage
operations
• Process mapping experience, if any would be beneficial
• Excellent Communication and presentation skill
