Summary of Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Executive is responsible
for selling and servicing new clients. Researching specific target
verticals / companies assigned to him/her, and finding the optimum
relationships / need that can be satisfied by our company. In this
role, the successful candidate will use their expert selling skills
to gather prospects, speak with decision makers, and ultimately add
new clients to the portfolio. Additionally, the Sales Executive will
aggressively maximize revenues in specific markets by efficiently
and effectively communicating the value proposition via proposals,
webcast, actively seeking new and better ways to get to the decision
makers and selling the new relationship. The value proposition focus
is selling online leads, SEM, SEM, and other Internet solutions to
new US-Based clients based on specific verticals. The Sales Executive
will also work with the other members of the organization to help
service new and existing accounts as needed. Bring your rolodex! Primary
Functions • Inside sales to developed and sell new client relationships
• Active development of new accounts - specific to Online Customer
Acquisition via Internet Leads, PPC, CPA, SEO, SEM.
• Consistent development of revenue per client brought on board
• Contribution to company standards of high quality and integrity
• Meeting personal and company standard of sales goals and quotas
• Following up on new account leads
• Developing consistent steady growth in assigned area
Qualifications
and Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ previous sales and/or account
management, SEO, SEM, Webcast, Webinar, Internet Marketing experience
is ideal though not required. Equivalent and/or relevant sales and
account management experience will be strongly considered. A proven
track record of consistent sales achievement and customer retention
is necessary. Ability to effectively communicate with variety of business
models from small to large. Must have excellent communication skills
and time management capabilities while demonstrating superior multi-tasking.
Must be assertive, have a go-get-‘em attitude, willing to work
long hours, and can sell to anyone.

Heavy internet and telephone prospecting will be required. A book
of new clients will be assigned and you will be responsible for the
continued growth of customer base, and for driving repeat customers
and revenue.
Pay is salary / draw (based on experience) plus heavily commission
driven with no ceiling. Top Sales Executives earn well in excess of
$180K annually.
Working
Conditions:
Job entails working in an office environment with other team members
and extensive use of the telephone and computer.
