FOCUSED TECHNOLOGIES
is a fast growing Document Imaging Services provider located just outside
of downtown Albany in Menands. We are staffing up for a new NYS Agency
contract. We need to fill multiple production positions and are interested
in hard working people who have solid communication skills and can work
quickly and accurately. We only promote managers, trainers and leaders
from within so opportunities for advancement are absolutely available
for right person. The work location is in Albany on Watervliet Avenue,
between Everett Road and Central Avenue. This work location is on the
#2 West Albany CDTA bus line.
We
currently have multiple openings for the following two production
positions...
1) Document Scanning position: Includes preparing documents, scanning
documents, reviewing the quality of the images, rescanning poor quality
images. Interviews include a brief scanning skills training and test.
FULL-TIME DAY work hours are:
7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday
OR
EVENING work hours are:
3:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.
2) Data
Entry position: Includes entering key fields of data from
scanned images into our software. Includes numeric and alpha-numeric
data entry. Candidates must be able to type 9,000 keystrokes per hour
with no more than a 5% error rate. Interviews include a brief data
entry skills test. Data entry operators that meet production standards
may be moved to the Menands location and work hours may start and
end later in the day.
FULL-TIME DAY work hours are:
7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday
Applicants must
complete a Level II FBI criminal history site security check to be
eligible for work on this contract. This security check includes fingerprinting.
