in multi-screen and video wall technologies has an immediate opening
for an experienced and organized self-starter to manage and perform
all accounting, HR and office functions.
You must have at least 7 years experience working in a small company
running these activities and utilizing QuickBooks. Experience in manufacturing
is preferred but not necessary. A positive take-charge attitude is a
must. You will work with all departments as well as being part of the
management team contributing to the overall success and structure of
the company and daily implementation. Below

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Duties include
A/P, A/R, journal entries, GL, reconciliation, billing, handling banking
accounts, and some light clerical duties.
* Work with vendors in securing supplies and issuing payments.
* Prepares cash reports and financial statements.
* Process customer payments and billing.
* Maintains employee records.
* Helps administer employee benefits.
* Prepares bi-weekly payroll.
* Performs month end close and year end close.
* Handles sales tax payments and Federal tax payments.
* Prepares local mercantile sales tax reports.
* Must be computer literate. Must have Quickbooks 2007 software experience.
* Ability to reconcile bank balances to balance sheet and reconcile
journal entries.
* Microsoft Excel experience a must.
* The successful candidate will have at least five years experience
as a full charge bookkeeper.
* Position requires at a minimum an Associates Degree in Accounting
or Finance, a Bachelor's Degree is strongly desired.
