Business Banking Product Manager is responsible for actively managing
financial products for the Small Business Banking unit. This person
will also ensure short and long term plans are successfully met. This
position drafts, implements and is responsible for tracking progress
against annual product plan including sales forecasts, marketing and
sales aids, and profit drivers. Develops and implements marketing
campaigns and sales programs to support the front line in merchandising
and managing the selling effort. College degree in business related
field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of banking or related
experience required.
The Commercial
Banking Primary Relationship Officer (PRO) is the primary contact
between the bank and assigned commercial clients to include but not
limited to clients in the credit union market. The PRO is responsible
for all aspects of the client relationship, and as needs dictate,
involves other bank officers and specialists to ensure that the client's
credit and non-credit needs are met in a timely and profitable manner.
The PRO negotiates credit in types, amounts, and structure that is
appropriate to the company's borrowing needs, and financial capacity
while maintaining a culture of appropriate risk. A college degree
preferably in business or related area, or equivalent business and/or
business credit work experience required. 3+ years commercial lending
experience, preferred: commercial credit experience as an Underwriter,
loan work out training and/or experience helpful, and sales or marketing
experience needed.
The Commercial
Banking Analyst/Underwriter assists the Commercial Banking Underwriter
and Primary Relationship Officer (PRO) with the evaluation of financial
and other risks associated with business clients to enable a credit
decision to be made. Spreads Financial Statements, Business Tax Returns
and Personal Tax Returns. Performs covenant compliance and tracking
through calculations and documentation on the Compliance Review Worksheet.
Performs collateral valuations and validates Borrowing Bases or Advances
with restrictions. College degree preferably in business or related
area, or equivalent business and/or business credit work experience.
Successful complete of formalized credit training required.
