Functional
Description:
The Logistics & Design (L&D) Coordinator is responsible for
overseeing daily EBT card files, card & material orders, daily
receipt and distribution of mail for our division and other miscellaneous
job duties. May also assist with design, distribution and inventory
needs of client and retailer materials.
Education:
Minimum – high school diploma or GED.
Experience: Knowledge of PC-based software including
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required. Experience with
Adobe Creative Suite preferred. May require lifting up to 30 lbs.
Valid/current TX Driver’s License and automobile needed.

COMPLETION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to work
independently and multi-task on a daily basis. Skilled at managing
time during workday.
COMMUNICATION:
Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers and vendors in a
professional and pleasant manner.
ORGANIZATION:
Reports to Production and Logistics Supervisor.
Schedule
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
