Job Specification: Healthcare Professional Sales Representative
Exciting opportunity
with a stable, growing healthcare business. Our business is growing
and forecasted by the US Department of Labor to continue expansion
for the next 20 year period. If you are a top sales producer with
proven experience selling to medical practitioners or building referrals;
this could be an ideal opportunity. We are looking for a polished
sales professional that can develop and manage a territory spanning
Gainesville to the Villages. Key responsibilities will focus on administering
a well established base of business while pursuing new account activity
in the region. Candidates must possess a proven track record in building
new relationships and landing new accounts. The ability to strategically
manage a territory and positively interact with high level medical
professionals and local employers is required. Having an established,
positive presence in Marion County’s medical community is a
plus. This position includes a base salary, full benefits package,
expense reimbursement program and a very generous commission package.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage our existing customer base to ensure excellent customer service
and ongoing business development.
Work with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to
acquire new business from medical practices, healthcare organizations
and large employers.
Use customer contact software to maintain up to date customer profiles.
Provide customer feedback and concerns to management for resolution.
Partner with key constituents to coordinate marketing and business
development efforts within the selling function.
Champion the company’s passion for growth and superior customer
service while building upon our most favorable image in the community.
Communicate with customers in an up-beat enthusiastic manner. Let
them “hear” your smile!
Expectations:
The Sales Representative must consistently act, look and communicate
in a professional manner that leaves a favorable impression for our
company.
This position requires an optimistic mind-set; a person who is a “solution
finder”, good listener and knows how to customize their approach
to a customer.
Sales Representatives must be self-starters, proactive and able to
manage their time to achieve call volume and selling productivity.
The ideal Sales Representative is comfortable in orchestrating a team
selling approach … harnessing other experts and associates as
required to address customer concerns, build company to company relationships
and close the deal.
This position requires a proven “producer” a sales person
who has consistently delivered strong sales performance in competitive
selling environments.
The Sales Representative will show strong initiative to learn about
our product and services, customer contact software and policies.
Able to work normal business hours Monday to Friday (both in the office
and in the field).
