temp to hire opportunities at Asurion TLC in Smyrna, TN. Asurion provides
enhanced services to more than 50 million wireless subscribers. Products
include handset and data device insurance programs, roadside assistance
services, warranty management plans, equipment management solutions
and a variety of customized products. The company was founded in 1994
and has over 5,000 employees.
Job Responsibilities
Include:
* Quality Inspection of wireless handsets for technical or functional
issues based on customer presented malfunction
* Capable of working per established work instructions and within
ISO guidelines and processes
* Conduct appearance, dimensional and functional inspection of wireless
handsets
* Maintain productivity and quality standards set by leadership to
minimize cost per transaction
Job Requirements
Essential functions
for this position include:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Must have 6 months of warehouse experience with the same employer
* Ability to operate a computer
* Ability to pass an extensive Background Check (including Felonies
and Misdemeanors) and Drug Screen
* Ability to sit or stand for a minimum of 12 hours per day
* Ability to bend, lift and twist as necessary
* While performing functions of these positions, employee is regularly
required to use hands to handle and feel the wireless handsets; reach
with hands and arms
* Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
* Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability
to adjust focus
