Requirements:
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a college or university
recognized by the Alaska State Board of Public Accountancy (Bachelor's
degrees awarded after January 1, 2001 must have at least 150 semester
hours); must have a minimum of two years' experience if the degree
was in accounting or an area that emphasizes accounting; have a minimum
of three years' experience if the degree was not in accounting; pass
the four part uniform CPA examination; and pass the current AICPA
ethics examination.
