Sales Manager

is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the full-time
position of Online Advertising Sales Manager. We are a growing Company

new sales opportunities, maintain existing accounts and bring in new
accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Initiate direct online advertising sales, including the creation
of advertising opportunity proposals, negotiations and campaign delivery
• Manage partner advertising sales representative firms to meet
ad revenue objectives and develop customized advertising packages
• Research and analyze online radio reports and provide detailed
analysis for current and potential advertisers and partners
• Track and analyze performance of campaigns and generate performance
data and reports
• Work with clients to optimize campaign performance as needed
• Schedule display ads and monitor weekly campaign optimization
activities
• Work with other departments within the company to maximize
advertising potential, including customizing sponsorship campaigns
and launch new advertising products
• Create advertising collateral such as ad kits and sales materials
for potential clients
Requirements:
• 3-4 years experience in Online Advertising, preferably in
the entertainment, music or radio industries
• Good working relationships and contacts at top accounts/agencies,
especially those along certain verticals like entertainment (including
movies, games, consumer electronics and travel)
• Ability to develop and maintain new business
• Excellent knowledge of Online Advertising space including
trends, best practices, etc.
• Ability and desire to not only formulate advertising sales
and marketing strategy, but also roll up the sleeves and successfully
execute on it
• High level of client relationship management and understand
client objectives
• Team player who’s able and willing to be a producer
most of the time but who would also serve to provide guidance and
knowledge to the rest of the ad sales team
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, small company environment
