ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We manufacture custom interior and exterior architectural building
products used in corporate remodels, commercial construction, building
updates, health care facilities, hotels, government, apartment complexes
and retail environments. We provide consultation regarding building
and fire requirements and design, build and install the finished product.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
Professional Estimator / Project manager who will be contacting Key
Decision Makers requiring our services. You will be cultivating and
developing relationships with facilities managers, architects, contractors,
builders, and property managers. You will be reading plans, blue prints
and building take offs. Developing and submitting proposals and following
up with the individuals to whom you have submitted bids and documenting
actions. You will need strong phone communications and organizational
skills. Having your own previously cultivated relationships in the
construction industry is a huge plus!
This is a base salary plus commission opportunity which will be determined
based upon prior experience, aptitude and performance. You need to
be a self motivated, energetic and positive person with a ‘can
do’ attitude.
The right candidate will be experienced with biding on commercial
projects, new construction, tenant improvement within one or more
of the following environments: APARTMENTS, CONDOS, CORPORATE CAMPUSES,
OFFICE COMPLEXES, HEALTHCARE FACILITIES, HOTELS, MULTI-FAMILY, GOVERNMENT
AND RETAIL ENVIRONMENTS. Candidate will manage key customer accounts,
while continuing to enhance our current client base. This individual
must develop and maintain customer relations through superior customer
service and strong communication skills. Candidate should possess
a strong knowledge of construction and a proven track record working
as a project manager or estimator for a commercial contractor.

* Make design presentations to clients.
