Job Description:

Provide human performance consulting and instructional design support for the Customer and Enterprise Services (CES) organization. Responsibilities of the HR Education Consultant include the following:

Conducting performance analyses to compare actual/ideal performance levels, and identifying when education is/is not an appropriate intervention to address a performance gap. Help clients and stakeholders to question their assumptions, determine their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals. Assisting employees in adapting to new changes brought on by new technologies and by helping them see the value and benefits of new technologies. Managing multiple projects by assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation process. Serve on task teams formed to address technology and process changes. Deciding what combination of instructional methods, presentation methods and distribution methods will best deliver the education to learners in the call centers. Outlining and creating instructional materials that are suitable for electronic dissemination.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree required - Education, Adult Learning and/or Instructional Design major preferred

The skills required are:

Instructional design using the Instructional Systems Design or ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation) to create adult education classes that drive and sustain business results. Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timeframes by assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the delivery process. Performance consulting with internal clients and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and strategies for improving performance. Awareness of e-learning industry and understanding of the existing and emerging technologies.
