positions in Gardena, Pasadena, Orange County, and Las Vegas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruiting nurses and
allied professionals through the Internet, referrals, direct mail,
cold calling, and local educational institutions
2. Managing the placement of nurses and allied healthcare professionals
on various assignments
3. Assisting in screening candidates and the hiring process
4. Accompanying the Manager on sales calls
5. Assisting in prospecting for future business
6. Developing the leadership skills to train and lead future recruiters
7. Assisting with payroll, billing and collections
8. Comprehensive training to manage all facets of office operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BA/BS from a four year
instituion required
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Ability to use tact and good judgment in contacts with both our
clients and employees
4. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions
from clients and employees
5. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
6. Highly organized and ability to work independently
7. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability
to learn new applications easily
