and hiring a Project Manager, IT Operations. thePlatform

Responsiblities:
• Project Manage
large enterprise level initiatives from early stages through delivery
• Define and support key project processes including estimation
tracking, change control, issue/risk management, etc.
• Monitor overall project progress and report status and next
milestones to project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Work with Development, Product Management and Network Operations
teams to plan and coordinate resources, tasks, environments and roll
out.
• Oversee issue resolution and project change management.
• Own capacity models to forecast the delivery schedule for
team project portfolio, model different scenarios and project future
resource needs.
• Engage Program Managers on best practices, tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
• High degree of
competency within all phases of project management including: issue
and risk identification and management, change management, tracking
dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project
status.
• Very strong knowledge of software development processes; high
availability website experience a definite plus.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain
working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated analysis and innovative problem solving skills
using a systems thinking approach.
• Experience with successfully implementing large change initiatives
within an organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, or related field.
