BERGENCARE
HOME HEALTH serves patients living in the community setting
who still require skilled services post hospitalization and/orskilled
nursing facility. In addition to skilled nursing we offer therapies
(PT, OT, ST), Social Work, Registered Dietician and other services.
Primary
Duty of Role:
* The qualified candidate will develop & implement
various programs & staff education for performance improvement/quality
assurance.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse in the State of NJ
* Prior clinical experience in Medicare Certified Home Health
* Extensive experience in developing/executing PI Programs for Medicare
Certified Home Health
* BSN in Nursing
* Competency with electronic documentation and use of laptop
* Competency with JCAHO Survey Process for Medicare Certified Home
Health
* NJ Drivers License and automobile
* Part-Time or per Diem available
